Site audit
We walk every route, photograph decision points and note where people get lost or ask for help.
Research-led wayfinding plans that show what information people need, where they need it, and how the whole system fits your building and brand.

Wayfinding is more than putting up signs. It is about how people understand a space: where they arrive, where they hesitate, what they look for and how they decide which way to go. A good strategy reduces confusion, takes pressure off reception staff and makes the whole place feel better run.
We start with your operational challenges and how the space is used through the day, then design a system that suits both the building's form and the way it works. The strategy becomes the brief for the sign design and, if you choose, for fabrication of the directional signs themselves.
Hospitals and clinics, shopping malls, universities and schools, offices and business parks, hotels and resorts, theme parks and venues, transport hubs, car parks, and mixed-use or waterfront communities.

Drawings showing every sign position, type and message, ready for design and costing.
One team from the first site visit to the last bolt, so nothing gets lost between designer, printer and installer.

We prepare drawings for landlord, mall and municipality approval and follow them through.
Cutting, bending, welding, printing and LED wiring in our own production unit in Mussafah.
Certified installers, cranes and access equipment, scheduled around your opening hours.
Warranty, lighting checks and preventive maintenance so the sign looks new for years.

A message schedule lists every sign in the project with its location, sign type and exact wording in Arabic and English. It is the core document used for design, approvals and fabrication.
For a single building it typically takes a few weeks including site visits and review rounds. Large campuses and master communities take longer and are often phased.
Yes. We audit the current signs and visitor flow, then recommend a targeted upgrade that reuses what works and fixes the problem areas.
Send us the location and a photo. We will come back with ideas, a visual and an itemised quote.
