3D channel letters are the most popular illuminated sign in the UAE. Each letter is a hollow aluminium shape with an acrylic face and LED lighting inside, so your name glows clearly by day and night.
We make channel letters with Channelume, a lightweight aluminium profile bent on automated machines. Automated bending follows your font and logo outline precisely, which gives sharper corners and more consistent letters than hand-bending.
Front-lit or back-lit?
Front-lit letters are the brightest and easiest to read from a distance, which suits roadside fascias. Back-lit (halo) letters shine onto the wall behind for a softer, more premium look that suits corporate and luxury brands. Many signs combine both.

Free in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. We measure the site, check sightlines, power points and structure, and photograph it for the mock-up.
Design & visual
Artwork, shop drawings and a photo-realistic visual of the sign or print on your actual building.
Approvals
We prepare drawings for landlord, mall and municipality approval and follow them through.
Production
Cutting, bending, welding, printing and LED wiring in our own production unit in Mussafah.
Installation
Certified installers, cranes and access equipment, scheduled around your opening hours.
Aftercare
Warranty, lighting checks and preventive maintenance so the sign looks new for years.

Questions about 3d channel letters
What are channel letters made of?
The sides (returns) are aluminium, the faces are acrylic, and the lighting is LED modules inside the letter. The back can be aluminium or clear acrylic for halo lighting.
How long do LED channel letters last?
Good quality LED modules typically last many years. Power supplies are usually the first part to need replacement, so we install them where they can be reached easily.
What is Channelume?
Channelume is an aluminium coil material used to form the sides of channel letters on automated bending machines, giving precise, consistent shapes.
